​The success of an awarded grant represents a tremendous amount of work on many levels and should be celebrated as a collective win for each community and the state at large. Join us as we take a minute, shine a light, and share the love with all who have contributed to the Connect the Ready project serving Brooks and Waldo.

We will host two separate celebrations, one for each town and community in October (details below). Each of these towns will have customers online by the event day, and there will be the opportunity for others to sign up for service with Direct Communications.

• Food from a local restaurant

• Bucket truck display, fiber materials, sample equipment: optical network terminal (ONT) and Direct Protect+ Router

• Brief remarks from local leaders, Maine Connectivity Authority, and Direct Communications
